Terms of Use for comcasnow.space

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use comcasnow.space and the services Comcasnow Septic offers through it. You agree to them when you use the website, phone the number on it or send a form. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Comcasnow Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. That is all we do. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drainfields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Every provider you reach is an independent business. The provider alone is responsible for quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get it in writing.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job. They are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also ask your insurer and your local health department.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you reach out. Use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it. Do not disrupt it. Do not try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@comcasnow.space.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Comcasnow Septic or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Comcasnow Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is". We make no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after an update, you accept the new terms.
