How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want your experience with Comcasnow Septic to be fair and honest. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Comcasnow Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that is unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Had trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing? Start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers that keep falling short may be removed. But Comcasnow Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@comcasnow.space. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This is usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
