How Our Network Works
Request an estimate

Who you talk to
You talk to an independent provider. Not a Comcasnow Septic employee. Not a crew we send.
Comcasnow Septic makes the introduction. The provider takes it from there. Each provider is a separate local business with its own prices, schedule, and terms.
What happens on the first call
Expect a short chat. The provider will ask simple things:
- What do you see? Slow drains, backup, smell, wet yard?
- When did it start?
- When was the tank last pumped?
- Where is the tank lid, if you know?
Have your photos and notes handy. They speed things up. If you do not know an answer, say so. That is normal.
The provider may offer a visit. Timing depends on their schedule. Many providers can respond quickly, but nobody here can promise a time.
What to ask a provider
Keep this list near you:
1. Do you hold the license my area requires? 2. What do you think the problem is, and why? 3. Is this pumping, repair, or both? 4. What is the price range? What could change it? 5. Will you put the quote in writing? 6. Will you note what you find, so I can keep a record? 7. Is the dump fee included in the price?
Pumping is often a smaller job. Drainfield repair is usually bigger. Prices vary by job, tank size, and access. Get it in writing.
Keep a paper trail
Ask for a written quote and a receipt. Ask for notes on tank condition. Save your photos in one folder. These help if you sell the home. They can help with a claim too.
You are in control
You decide. You can say yes. You can say no. You can get a second quote. Requesting an estimate is no obligation.
If something feels rushed, stop and ask questions. A solid provider explains the work and waits while you think.

Stop the water. Take photos. Then reach out. Request a callback to check provider availability.
