About Comcasnow Septic and How Referrals Work

Who we are
Comcasnow Septic is a referral service for septic trouble. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. That is the whole job.
We do not pump tanks. We do not repair drainfields. We do not show up at your home to do the work. The providers do the work, and each one runs a separate business.
Why this site exists
A backed-up drain is stressful. Most people have never hired a septic provider. They do not know who to trust or what to ask.
So this site does two things. It gives you calm steps for the first hour. Then it points you to a provider near you.
How matching works
You tell us what is happening. You can use the request form or Request a callback to check provider availability.
We pass your details to a provider in our network who works in your area. The provider contacts you, asks questions, and explains the next step.
Availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.
What we expect from providers
We ask providers in our network to:
- Explain the job in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Say what they find, even if it is bad news
- Treat your home and yard with care
- Hold any licenses your state or county requires
Check licenses yourself. Ask the provider for proof. A good provider will not mind.
What we do not do
This part is short.
- We do not do the work.
- We do not set prices.
- We do not write your quote.
- We do not decide insurance claims.
- We do not inspect your system.
Your agreement is with the provider. Read it before you sign.
How we are paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. That is how the site stays running.
Requesting an estimate puts you under no obligation. Your price comes from the provider's quote. Get it in writing.
Keep your own records
Good records help every step. They help with quotes. They can help with an insurance conversation too.
Before you reach out:
- Take photos of the backup, the wet spots, and the tank lid.
- Write down when it started.
- Note what you stopped using.
- Save any past pump receipts.
Take your photos first, then reach out to a provider.
Some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
